Add your first events

Four ways to get your events into OnThree.

Every schedule starts empty. Here are the four ways to add events. Use whichever fits how you already have your schedule written down.

Type or speak it

Click the Ask button in the bottom-right corner of the editor. Type a description of your events in plain language: "Add practice every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm." OnThree fills them in. You can also tap the microphone and speak it instead of typing.

The AI understands natural language, relative dates ("next Tuesday"), recurring patterns, and multiple events in a single message.

Attach a photo, screenshot, or file

Have a flyer, bracket, screenshot, or spreadsheet? Drop it onto the editor or tap the attachment icon in the Ask panel. Images and PDFs are read by AI; .csv files import directly with no prompt needed.

Paste a URL

Paste any link into the Ask panel alongside your question and OnThree fetches the page. You can add events from it, or ask it to compare the page against your schedule and fix any dates or times that are wrong.

Import from a file or calendar URL

Click the Import button (down arrow icon) in the editor toolbar. Upload an .ics or .csv file, paste a calendar subscription URL or a direct CSV link, or drop in a screenshot. OnThree deduplicates automatically — if an event already exists, it won't be added twice.

Add events manually

Click Add in the toolbar above the event list to add a blank event. Fill in the title, date, time, duration, location, and notes in the edit panel that opens.

Not sure of the date yet? Leave the date and time blank to create a TBD event. It appears at the bottom of your public schedule and is excluded from the calendar feed until you add a date.
